Yes, Ruicheng Clothing offers sample production services to allow clients to evaluate the quality and fit of their designs before placing a bulk order. Sample fees may apply.

Certainly! We're happy to provide fabric and material samples to ensure that you have the opportunity to see and feel the quality of our products firsthand.

If a custom specified fabric is used, the production time averages between 25 - 40 days.

If a fabric from our stock is used, the production time averages between 7 - 14 days.

It depends on the items and/or collection and whether the fabric is in stock. In case the fabric is in stock, a low minimum order starts at 100 pieces per item.

When you prefer a custom color and or a printed fabric, a custom fabric roll has to be made (starting at 500 meters).

No, we don't keep finalized items or collections in stock. We only keep certain fabrics in stock.

We have 3 skilled pattern makers, 5 fabric/accessory developers, a dedicated team of 20 employees making samples. We have a capacity of 2000 samples a month.

We currently employ over 250 production line craftsmen, divided over 10 production lines.

We have a capacity of 200,000 pieces per month and 2,400,000 pieces per year.

It will take 1,5 to 2 months for the entire process, from sampling to packing the goods (depending on the quantity), excluding delivery.

We are located near a commercial airport and international seaport. We can send your finalized goods per ship and air.

Trading Terms

We accept (as defined in Incoterms): FOB, CFR, CIF or a forwarder.

Payment terms

We accept: T/T and L/C.

Don't have a pattern? We have pre-made templates of all sorts of items. You name it: T-Shirts, hoodies, dresses, jackets, raincoats, suits, pantaloons, knits, vests etc.

We work with custom fabrics that are more eco-friendly and that is more durable. We are a fan of recycled cotton, viscose, polyester rayon etc. Futhermore, we are proud to have developed a custom polyamide/elastan fabric. We believe it is very durable, easy to care for and wears great.

Full Package Manufacturing, also known as Full-Service Manufacturing, provides a comprehensive solution covering all aspects of the manufacturing process from start to finish.

FOB (Free On Board)

The seller is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the port, and the buyer is responsible for freight charges. If the terms include “FOB destination, freight prepaid,” the seller is responsible for goods until delivered, provided there are no insurance claims. In this scenario, the seller is responsible for the freight charges.

This is applicable to both air and sea freight.

If you don’t have a logo, design, or artwork, there's no need to worry. We offer assistance in creating basic designs through our skilled pattern makers.
